speakster.pl (the Service) is a free educational tool for teachers of English and for learners. The Service is owned by Joanna Patyk-Taous, operating the Patyczanka brand. Using the Service means accepting these terms.

2. What the Service offers

The Service provides a generator of questions, vocabulary and grammar tasks for use during language lessons. Using it requires no account and no payment.

3. Permitted use

You may freely use the material in your own lessons, classes and courses, including commercial ones. You may not copy the question bank in whole or in substantial part in order to redistribute, sell or publish it as your own, and you may not scrape the Service automatically.

4. Intellectual property

The content, layout, logo and the name Speakster belong to the owner of the Service and are legally protected.

5. Liability

The Service is provided as is. The owner makes every effort to keep the content linguistically and factually correct, but accepts no liability for how it is used or for interruptions in the Service.

These terms may be updated. The current version is always available on this page.
